Isaac Usifo

Isaac is a senior AI researcher and product architect with more than eight years of experience — enterprise LLM workflows for UK industrial firms, published R&D on ethical AI, and a Stanford certificate in AI for Healthcare.
At Kindred he built Alma's entire codebase, from the consumer app and provider platform to the interoperability standards that let fragmented health systems connect — the health infrastructure he wished the government had. His published research spans personality-aware language models, ambient computing and post-scarcity economics.

Dr. Roseline Chima-Kalu

Roseline is a medical doctor and public health professional with clinical practice in Nigeria's corporate health sector and experience leading large-scale clinical teams.
At Kindred she sets Alma's clinical and strategic direction — the roadmap, the triage logic, the care pathways — and the safety standards in every AI-powered tool. She leads the clinician testing programme and holds veto over anything that reaches a patient.
